Use of Body Corporate funds

By Keith Palmer on Sun, 13 May 2018 at 08:29

Hi, One of the owners in our complex has termites in their kitchen which is the responsibility of the owner. As one of the trustees owned a unit in the same block of 4, this trustee arranged for a pest control to treat all 4 units (inside as well as outside) as well as the exclusive use gardens of these units. Is this allowed or does it form part of self serving at the rest of the owners expense - or is it for the cost of the owners. No other units were done although there are termites in some other exclusive use gardens.

Kind regards
Keith Palmer
