Security

By Cathy Naidoo on Wed, 11 Jul 2018 at 18:14

Good day

With the increase in crime rate in our area, we decided to install beans outside of our garage door. We are closest to the lowest side of the boundary wall nd had a recent attempted breach of the electric fence that the body corp. Installed.

I have been requested by the trustees to remove the beams installed outside my garage wall. My husband travels all the time and I'm alone with the kids. Is there recourse for me as a owner?

It seems that permission to install was not obtained. Suggest that you discuss the matter with the trustees and establish exactly why are they asking you to remove the beams. The Trustees cannot simply remove items put up without permission but they can apply to CSOS for permission to do so.
