dampness walls & ceilig

By irene cefferty on Tue, 12 Feb 2019 at 17:38

My tenant has been complaining about dampness mostly in the outside wall, main bedroom and onsuite bathroom. we have had people out to do an assessment on the amount of moisture. this is acceptable. so it looks like there was a leak from the unit above, which has since been fixed. There has been more that one tenant in this unit over the past few months. the owner says that he is not aware of any leak. it is quite obvious that it has come from above. but how can we prove this. I need to have this fixed at my expense as the tenant is threatening to move out. any suggestions
