CSOS delays

City Power disconnected our electricity on 4 February 2019 because the trustees did not pay. (My account is paid up to date)

I lodged a complaint with CSOS concerning mismanagement on the part of the trustees and was asked to pay R50.00 but I have not heard from CSOS since. Their numbers go to voicemail. Currently I am sitting without electricity for 36 days

Does CSOS usually take this long to deal with a complaint? I was thinking of lodging a complaint with the Public Protector against CSOS.

This is a good question ? Please indicate if you are able to apply for a prepaid meter in your own unit ?
