MA & Fidelity certificat

Good day,
Since the implementation of STMA in Oct. 2016 - is it a COMPULSORY that managing agents who has access to BC funds, to have an up to date fidelity fund registered with EAAB?

Thank you Murray.
It was established that our MA the director does not have a fidelity fund certificate but that the agency has one in some other person's name who is not known to our BC. Also this certificate has as yet not been renewed for 2019. What to do now for surely this is illegal operating as MA without such???? Please advise?
