"Lost" previous Agm minutes.
What can a BC do if the previous MA (who resigned)will not for some reason hand over the previous AGM minutes? He says he handed them over, we have the file, there are NO minutes. We are certain they're sitting on his computer. It's time for our next AGM. The Auditors are going to try to request them. Any ideas on how to move if we're are not able to get them, they may be lost somewhere on some flash drive or back up, he just will not find them or will not. Thank you!
