Rules and Tenants
Somewhere in the STA or Rules there is a provision that when leasing out a ST property, the rules of the particular scheme must form part of the lease agreement. Can anyone help me find this?

Yes, Section 69 of the Prescribed Management Rules (Appendend to the Sectional Titles Act) provides for the rules to be binding on owners and lessees or occupants of the section. The Rental Housing Act of 1999 provides that the lessor attach a copy of any "house" rules to the Lease agreement. Chapter 3 para.(8)

Hi and thanks, Tony. Yes, and Sec 35(4) of the Act. I was concerned with the rules having to be included in, as a part of, any lease agreement. I have since remembered/found that this provision is actually in the local conduct rules. Thanks again.
