Trustee Co operation
Hi Anne
The main problem is that at a previous trustee meeting it was decided to get quotations for automation of the complex sliding gate, the installation of a hygenic refuse recepticle. These were obtained and emailed to the other trustees for decision making. The chairman is getting no response from the other two trustees - they are too busy. There are other matters to be finalised such as what amount of petty cash should be carried, what amount to pay the caretaker to reimburse her for telephone calls, petrol and the like. He is getting no response.
