private rental of sectional title

I want to rent out my sectional title townhouse without using a rental agent. Where can i find a standard contract and do i have to give the people who rent from me a copy of the BC rules etc

Hi
You should get a lawyer to draw up a contract for your own requirements and the Rental Housing Act stipulates what MUST be included in the contract and what your duties as landlord are. Amongst the items to be included is the Rules of the scheme.
