Boundary Wall
The boundary wall ajoining the unit next to mine was in need of repair. Part of the wall was knocked down and rebuilt. I was not happy with the way the wall was rebuilt and the couping on top was missing, the wall was in a terrible state. This I report and the wall, again was knocked down and rebuilt. I have a wind breaker on top of the wall which was not put back correctly and the brick work is in a terrible mess, plaster still on bricks, bricks put in the wrong way, a real mess. This was done over a year ago, and I gave up arguing. The more I look at this wall the more upset I am. Can I still approach the BC with regard to fixing this wall back to what it was originally. I have a picture of the wall prior to it being, so called fixed.

Yes, of course you can - and should have. Leave a paper trail, and once you find ignorance prevailing, you could even call for arbitration. I hope for your sake it does not go that far!
