Boundary Fence

I live in a complex where the boundary fences comprise of brick and wood fencing. The majority of the walls are brick and the BC maintain them. The fences at the bottom section of the complex, which overlooks the nature reserve are all wooden. Is the BC responsibily for the maintenance of these fences.

The material involved has no bearing on the question. The fences' maintenance falls within the scope of the BC duties.
